IT Outsource (ITO) provides IT
solutions for various industries. ITO provides three
distinctive levels of support, namely Application Hosting,
Online and On-Site Technical Support and Online
Training Support.
Application Hosting
ITO
provides business application hosting for estimating, accounting, point-of-sale,
business management, interconnectivity to 3rd party information
providers, and interconnectivity to 3rd parties for assignments
and receipt of payments. Essentially all business applications can
be operated in this mode. This eliminates the need for businesses to purchase
and maintain network servers at their business locations. Included in
our annual contract for software application hosting is a limited amount
of technical support including the first 15 minutes of each customer help-desk
call, customers do not get billed for these initial multiple 15 minute
calls. Technical support hours that exceed the 15 minute rule are charged
at a non-contract retail hourly rate to the nearest ½ hour.
Online and On-Site Technical Support
ITO
provides superior technical support by being able to connect in seconds
to the callers computer “session” and correcting user mistakes or software
glitches right in front of the customer – yet done totally remotely. Online
and On-Site Technical Support are provided by a pre-arranged amount of
hours based on the company’s size, volume of anticipated support needs,
number of users, type and quantity of user applications. This enables
the company to have pre-determined costs per month for technical support
services – it’s predictable, contracted, and controllable.
Online technical support or "Help Desk" is a support function
that IT Outsource provides to companies with or without other services.
In other words, if all your company needs is someone to handle your IT
Support Overload, we are the company for you to consider. We can offer
support for your software needs in a transparent mode. It would appear
to callers that the call made to your help desk and answered by IT Outsource
technicians was actually handled right in your own infrastructure.
This is particularly helpful when companies have a new release of software
that might require additional staff for support, but might later taper
off. This can be accomplished with much less expense and time for training.

On-Site support is offered for businesses in restricted geographic regions
where IT Outsource has available technicians to reasonably provide on-site
service and maintenance. Generally, most businesses have an employee that
has the limited technical ability required to make local hardware adjustments,
switching, or item replacement. With this capacity or another IT
Specialist on-site, IT Outsource can provide up to 95% of all of the business’
technical support in an online mode, the other 5% can be accomplished
by such an individual.
Online Training Support
ITO
serves as the technology provider for a variety of online training applications
and methods selected by our client businesses. Each of these services
focuses on businesses outsourcing Information Technology functions to
IT Outsource – thus freeing up valuable company resources to focus on
their primary business functions rather than on their Information Technology. Training
programs can now include versions of the company’s actual software applications
running “dummy” data rather than the company’s actual “live” data. This
provides an extremely safe and bullet-proof environment for trainees to
learn and practice proper operation and use of the company’s selected
software. By IT Outsource hosting the company’s training software, trainees
can now participate in online training sessions including the use of the
software application being trained. Trainees will also have access to
the software being trained from off-site via any computer with internet
access.
